In an alley East of Clark Street in Chicago, Chef Bayless opened his latest restaurant - a high-spirited speakeasy with market-themed cocktail program and a roster of street-food–inspired bites. After working on custom lighting for several earlier Bayless restaurants, Archistoric was asked to create a cluster of pendants to cover the length of the River North basement space.
